While listening to Andrea Boccelli on PBS, I have been embroidering my new Box.
It has been a wonderful afternoon.
I have been embroidering on 100% cotton fabric with ribbons, wool roving, DMC, felt.
I enjoyed making the hydrangeas with fabric squares cut with pinking shears.
I will now have to decide what to do for the very top and the bottom of the box.
Needles fibers and threads is what I use for most of my projects. Also used are beads, ribbons,buttons, laces and other embellishments.
